Registration

  • Sign up on imleagues.com to reserve a spot in person or virtually.

  • Faculty and staff must pay a $75.00 fee per semester via pay roll deduction to participate.
  • Group fitness classes are free for all current North Park students.

Group Fitness Rules and Etiquette

  • 在进行体育活动之前,请先咨询医生. 参加者须自行承担运动风险,并为自己的健康和安全负责.
  • 如有任何疾病或受伤,请立即向指导老师或学生工作人员报告.
  • 我们强烈鼓励学员准时上课. 是否允许迟到的学生进入课堂由老师自行决定. If you are late, please warm-up prior to starting class.
  • 新来的同学请在上课前向老师自我介绍.
  • 请使用提供的储物柜或小柜存放个人物品. 团体健身区内物品遗失或被盗,北园概不负责.
  • 班级报名采用随到随到的方式,先到先得. 班级规模可能会根据教师的自由裁量权和设备的可用性而有所限制.
  • 强烈建议学员在整堂课上都待着,以确保适当的降温. 请留到下课,因为早退会严重影响其他学员. 如果你需要早退,请在上课前咨询老师.
  • 强烈建议参加者带水在一个封闭的塑料容器上课. This is the only drink permitted in group fitness classes.
  • Equipment (hand weights, bands, steps, etc.)上课期间使用的健身器材必须归还,不得带出团体健身区供个人使用. 其他地区的器材不得带入集体健身课程.
  • 我们鼓励学员在上课时携带毛巾.
  • 除非特殊课程另有规定,否则必须一直穿著合适的衣服和干净的无标记运动鞋. No jeans, sandals, or non-athletic shoes allowed. Please change into shoes prior to entering class.
  • 所有的动感单车课程都建议穿硬底、封闭脚趾的运动鞋或自行车鞋.
  • 上课时请注意听老师讲课. 在课堂上避免长时间的谈话和大声说话,因为这可能会干扰其他参与者和老师.
  • Participants must comply with instructor requests. 教练有权管理团体健身区域和设备.
